Bihar Public Service Commission released new notification on their official website bpsc.bih.nic.in for the recruitment of 1171 (one thousand one hundred and seventy one) vacancies for Assistant Professor. Job seekers should 31st May 2017.

Assistant Professor: 1171 Vacancies
- Qualification:- Candidates who wanted to participate for BPSC Assistant Professor job should have Post Graduate Degree in relevant discipline.
- Salary Structure:- Rs. 15600 – 39100/- Grade pay – 6600/- Per Month
Age Limit:- 45 years as on 01/08/2016 relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST (Male/Female), 3 years for BC/OBC (Female)Selection Process:- BPSC will be conduct the Interview for Assistant Professor vacancy.
Fee charges:- Applicants who wanted to participate for Assistant Professor vacancy should pay the below charges through fee deposited in any branch of State Bank of India through a payment Challan.
- SC/ST of Bihar State: Rs. 75/- (Rupee seventy five only)
- All Others: Rs. 150/- (Rupee one hundred fifty only)

Eligible applicants may apply in prescribed application form along with all educational qualification certificates, self addressed envelope of size 16 x 10 with Rs. 40/- stamp & envelop superscried “Advt No” send to the Joint Secretary-cum-examination Controller, Bihar Public Service Commission 15, Jawahar Lal Nehru Marg (Baily Road), Patna – 800001 on or before 31.05.2017.
