The Returns Materials Coordinator will be based in Hyderabad. In this position, you will report to the Sr.Manager After Market Supply Chain. The main purpose of this role is to support Field Quality team by processing returns for failure analysis & also work closely with Asset Management / Project Management teams to help in disposal of E Wastes & Facilitate Material Diversions with proper paperwork. Involves liaison with multiple stakeholders viz.
Logistics, Planning, Asset Management & Project management teams. Preferable to have an experience in RMA process.

Here is a glimpse of what youll do

  • Responsible as the main interface between Project Managers, Customer Service team wanting to process Product Returns by Approving RMAs.
  • Should be supporting Field Quality in getting back defective Product Returns for Failure Analysis
  • Responsible to Execute Product Returns by working closely with Logistics on Pick-ups. Seek Tracking details & communicate with Internal customers
  • Should follow standard operating procedure for all product returns with respect to Receive, inspect, sort, segregate , repackage , reuse/scrap.
  • Will be facilitating Material Diversions via RMA / VRA (Vendor Returns).
  • Should be able to manage E-waste vendors with respect to setting up new vendor registration, Vendor payments etc
  • Should maintain & continuously look to improve the RMA Process within the organization
  • Should be responsible to collect and analyze system data, develop dashboard reports, executive summaries, and trends
  • Effective Liaison, support & assistance with all cross functional teams viz Quality, Project Management, Logistics, Customer Service
  • Should ensure proper Stock control for Product Returns through close coordination with 3rd party warehouse
  • Will be monitoring RMA (Returned products) inventory by identifying & working towards its disposition.
  • Should regularly coach & train all stakeholders on the Product Returns & Replacement Process (RMA)

  • Should possess good written & verbal communication skills
  • Should exhibit high level of collaboration with cross functional team
  • Ability to pay attention to details & quick decision making
  • Ability to understand high level business processes & its interactions Customer centric attitude
  • This role would be an Individual contributor role.

Here are a few of our preferred experiences

  • A minimum of 3-6 years of related experience in managing & processing Product Returns (RMA)
  • Candidates from Engineering backgrounds
  • Good written & verbal communication skills.
